Football training hasn't changed in decades. Coaches shout from the sideline, players guess at positioning, and match analysis only happens after the final whistle. The gap between what a player sees on the pitch and what they need to see is where matches are lost.

Live simulation mode: AR overlays project defensive formations and passing lanes directly onto any training pitch, letting players rehearse match scenarios in real time.

We partnered with sports scientists at Loughborough University, youth academy coaches from the Premier League, and optical engineers from the defense sector. Three years of pitch-side testing shaped a heads-up display that delivers spatial data at the speed of sight -- no looking down, no breaking stride, no loss of awareness.

AERO 1 uses waveguide optics originally developed for fighter pilot helmets, miniaturized into an 89-gram frame. A custom silicon chip processes positional and motion data locally with sub-10ms latency. The visor tracks player movement, maps the field in real time, and projects tactical overlays directly into the peripheral vision without interfering with depth perception.

MicroLED yields have reached the density and brightness needed for outdoor daylight readability at 2000 nits. Bluetooth 5.3 and multi-band GNSS give us reliable connectivity without battery drain.
